Oh yes, after listening to us bitch and moan about the darkness, the sun has finally returned. In Alaska, after the shortest day of the year, each day got longer by approximately six minutes. So, our days have gotten a lot longer. Add daylight savings and ta-da! It’s back to 8:30 p.m. sunsets. The day will continue to grow until the longest day of the year.
